Bookings via Cal.com

When you book an assessment, a consultation or a cleaning, you are taken to Cal.com. There you may provide your name, phone/WhatsApp, optional email, address, locality, requested service and additional details. This data is processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

Requests via Tally

The remote assessment form is hosted by Tally. You may submit a description of the work, optional photographs, your name, phone, locality and optional email. This data is processed by Tally under its own policy.

Internal use

To manage requests we use Google Calendar (appointments), Google Sheets (request tracking) and Gmail (notifications and correspondence). Information is used only to reply to you, prepare quotations, and arrange and carry out services.

WhatsApp and telephone

If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we use your number and messages to reply. WhatsApp is a third-party service subject to its own terms.
